Arrival at Kunming ( Spring City ) 1896 m, the capital of Yunnan Province , the gate of China to South East Asia  . The trade to Burma , Thailand and Vietnam is very flourishing . As its climate is nice all over the year , Kunming is also famous for is various of flowers .
Visit Bird & Flower market in the old town of Kunming after checking in the hotel and Bamboo Temple with 500 arhat statues which were build in Qing Dynasty. Night in Camillia hotel**.

Day  2. Kunming-Dali ( B.L.D.)
Kunming to Dali by air early flight . Cruise on  Erhai Lake , Visit of the famous Three Pagodas Park , Exploring the old parts of the town and a colourful Bai village Xizhou
With the early market and dancing show while clients enjoying the Bai special tea . Dali is inhabited by the local Bai tribe, who wear very colourful costumes. Cruise on  Erhai Lake , Zhoucheng village , the Bai district thickly inhabited to see the Indigo mills . Night in Golden flower hotel** .      

Day  3.  Dali-Lijiang ( B.L.D.)
Dali to Lijiang by bus . Visit the Shaping  special rural market if it is on Monday . This afternoon a walking visit will be made to the beautiful old town of Lijiang, located at an altitude of almost 8,000 feet and a UN World Heritage Site. The old part of the town has wonderful old cobbled streets, meandering streams and views that will take your breath away. The ancient town of  Lijiang, a lovely Chinese traditional town . Night in Yuquan hotel**.

Day  4. Lijiang ( B.L.D.)
Today you will visit a traditional Naxi Village Baisha and Dabao temples with the fresco , where life has gone relatively unchanged for hundreds of years. Black Dragon Pool, where the snow-capped mountains seemingly shimmer as they are reflected in the waters of the lake and Dongba Research Center in the Black dragon Pool to discover the Naxi culture and history . A Tibetan lamastery are also on the agenda. Night in Yuquan Hotel**

Day 05.  Lijiang- Lugu Lake   ( B.L.D.)
Drive from Lijiang to Lugu Lake 2800 m. by bus about 7 hours ( 200 km ) , Stay in Mosuo Family hotel**. Mosuo people conserve a matriarchal society for long time. Free in the rest of the time . Bon-fire party in the evening .

Day 06.  Arround Lugu Lake ( B.L.D.)
Luoshui to Lige by bus to the side of Sichuang province . Lugu Lake is shared by two provinces . 4 hours trekking to Dazhui. back to Luoshui by canoe boat crossing the Lake about 1 hour . Appriciate the scenery around the lake , visit a Lamastery . Night in Mosuo Family hotel**.

Day 07.  Lugu lake - Yongning-Zhuangzhi ( B.L.D.)
Bus from Lugu lake, 2800 m. to Yongning . 6 hours walk. We walk through the Pumi and Naxi villages in the forest , one can feel the atmosphere of religion in the villages . Climbing over the mountain pass about 3700 m. then come to the Yi nationality’s area . Standing on the summit of mountain , you will have the wide view of Yongning basin and Lugu Lake in distance .Yi is the largest population of the minority nationalities in Yunnan. Stay in Pumi people guest house in Zhuangzhi .

Day 08.  Zhuangzhi - Gewa  ( B.L.D.)
6 hours trekking through the primtive forest. We walk through the some Pumi and Mosuo villages over a mountain pass which is 3300 m, Stay in the Mosuo village guest house .

Day 09. Gewa - Fengliang ( B.L.D.)
,--15 km-- 7 hours trekk. We will cross the Yangtse River and arrive at the Yangste bank . Begin to dicover the Naxi’s country. They build houses with wood. Stay in Naxi village guest house at the bank of Yangtze river .

Day  10.  Fengliang - Liuqing - ( B.L.D.)
--16 Km. -- 6 hours on foot . A wonderful walk through the pine tree forest , it is a long but pleasant trip , you will see kinds of  wild flowers as gentian and azalea etc.  Stay  in the local village guest house – Teacher He `s house .

Day 11. Liuqing -Stone village  ( B.L.D.)
Climbing over the mountain Pass Taizhi which is 2740 meters . It’s the hardest  day but you can view thousands and thousands goats wandering and eating grass. Overnight at  an old and fantastic village built on a huge stone of  the Yangtse River’s bank –Baoshan  before it gets dark . Stay in Mr Mu`s guest house .

Day  12.  Baoshan ( Stone Village )-Daju  ( B.L.D.)
Have a trek for 5 hours .You will enjoy the beautiful deep gorge with different species of bushes. 
Drive 90 km about 4.5 hours by minibus , visit the Heishui Yi village on the way . Then we will  be back again to the Golden Sand River (Yangtse  River  ) . Night in Daju guest house .

Day  13.  Daju – Hetaoyuan(Walnuts)  ( B.L.D.)
We walk down along the Yangtse River and cross the Yangtse through a very simple ferry before we transfer to the small village of Walnuts, a tranquil and lovely place inhabited by Naxi people. Stay in Woody House  1760 m. of the altitude .

Day  14 . Hetaoyuan-Tiger Leaping Gorge – Zhongdian ( B.L.D.)
A full day in the countryside north of Lijiang where the scenery is stunning . start trekking from Hetaoyuan to Tiger Leaping Gorge about 5 hours walk through the valley of the two huge snow mountains -- Haba and Jade dragon , which  are nerely 5600 meters in altitude. The Tiger Leaping Gorge where The Yangtze River, still in its infancy here, passes through the Gorge with cliffs of almost 4,000 metres on either side. Drive from Qiaotou to Zhongdian about 2 hours . Stay in Salong hotel 3* for 3 nights .
Being so high, an average of 3500 m,  and the relief is  similar to Tibet, Zhongdian is inhabited by Khamba people, a branch of Tibetan,  for more than 1000 years. Lifestyle has all characteristics of highland Tibetan culture : Barely cultivation, yaks, monasteries.
If most of Tibetan is known as very poor and have difficult living condition, Tibetan in Zhongdian have perhaps the best conditions. Their house are normaly very large and perfectly constructed, their main income : the timber exploitation, medicine plant and mushroom cultivation.

Day 15 : Zhongdian  trekking - Lazaca pastureland ( B,L,D)
Zhongdian - Jisha Tibetan village (3250 m ) by bus about 2 hours , Tibetan families visit and have the special Tibetan lunch in the village . Bus from Jisha village 2 km /low  Jisha 1km /Shengtse Yak Pasture 4km to Lagoutseni Lake   (3500m ) . Trekking up hill sharply in the forest to Lazaca pastureland 4km . Free in the rest of time on the pasture (10 km square ) . Camping on the pasture ( horses are needed for the transportation of luggages , food and tents . 2 clients share 3 horses .)

Day 16 : Zhongdian  - Trekking ( B,L,D)
Lazaca Pasture / Chiwengtso Lake / Shangshuona Holy Mt . Climbing up through the forest on the yak road to Chiwengtso Lake ( 3900 m ), then another 4km to the summit of Mountain ( 4000 m ). Enjoying the fantastic and beautiful scenery : Haba Snow Mountain and 7 lakes around in the blue sky . Walking down to Donghu Lake ( 1km ) , the another 4 km through the forest back to the Camp .

Day 17 : Zhongdian  ( B,L,D)
Walk down from Lazaca pastureland to Jisha village about 1 hour . Transfer to Zhongdian ( 45 minuits) . We spend all an afternoon visit to the largest Tibetan temple in Yunnan  --Sumtselin Lamastery, overnight in Salong hotel 3*.

Day 18.  ( B.L.)
Early flight to Kunming (50 min ). Visit the silk factory and lunch there . Transfer to the airport and departure from Kunming .
